As little as there is at the moment, the DSiWare made me like the DSi more than the earlier DS models. It also doesn't hurt to have a music player with it.

Camera Sucks
Not much difference between DSL screen & DSi screen, bigger DSi screen doesn't affect gameplay much
No GBA slot
Expensive

IMO, not worth it, I'd rather stick with my DSL.

Pros:
Larger Screens
SD card slot + better CPU and more ram = better homebrew once hacked
Web browser works well(for what it is)
Wifi is overall better(Doesn't suffer from the "cant find anybody" syndrome my fat had)
Updateabe firmware and DSiWare mean more functionality in future
Hot-Swapable cartridges (DSi-Exclusives could become multi-cart, meaning bigger games)
On-the-fly brightness adjustment can give you enough time to save when the battery led starts blinking red, and even buy you a few hours.

Cons:
Not hacked yet fully
Cant record video with cameras
Not enough good DSi-Enhanced/Exclusive/DSiWare games to justify new hardware yet
No GBA slot, and no DS emulators for gba(I dont count iPlayer because it uses extra CPU, and draws more power, lowering battery life and possibly damaging card slot)
Somewhat inferior battery life compared to lite
SD card slot is somewhat useless at the moment

Verdict: Worth it if coming from a phat(like myself) or without a DS, not worth it(yet) if you own a lite.

Without the shitty cameras, this would be a DSLite with a better web browser and DSiWare.

Worth it? I don't know. I don't have money for it yet. Hopefully by Christmas it'll be worth it.

The camera is not "shitty" its perfect for a gaming console, its purpose is to take up close pictures and edit them not fir shooting wildlife pictures in the Sarengeti Plains, its not a Nikon so don't complain about it.

By the way 0.3mp looks very decent.

cons:
old flash cards render useless
shity camara (but as i said just for fun)
no gba slot so no guitare hero
matte finish
