I did get the DSi Shop, but I cannot get the system firmware.

EDIT: Got it.

EDIT2: I was looking at the files, and came across something interesting in the DSi BIOS. There is a debug font. I will upload an image later. Also, all the text you see, like on the top screen, is all ASCII. You can hex-edit it directly. And, the most interesting thing yet, there is a file called bandbrothers_arm7flx_patch.sbin. I think it has something to do with the said game. And, all the images in the DSi Shop are in a .zip folder. It must have some kind of on-the-fly .zip extraction algorithm.

It isn't. We get it from Nintendo's servers.

@Jakob95: You cannot install anything, so, you can't do anything to the DSi. If you intend to open it up and mess around with it, then it will.

I don't think so. The DSi uses other hardware than a DS (Lite), even another WiFi chip with backwards compatibility on the DSi.
If it wasn't, we had already WPA(2) functions on a normal DS.
So, unless someone modifies it for over 9000%, it isn't possible.
EDIT: ... and photo's still aren't decrypt-able (4 editing in MS paint :') you know), shit.
EDIT2: Someone has an explanation why it is only a 16Bytes BIN file? :') Because of 42 i think lol.

It was me, and I didn't alter it.
no$gba really loads the header (icon, title) but obviously it won't boot

Also, to convert sounds use vgmtoolbox + foobar2000 with plugins for 2sf and SWAR, you can play and convert them.

Also, if you take the System Settings, or anything else we can extract, like DSi Sound, Camera, or even the Shop, and copy it onto a Flash Card, it will be read. It won't play, though. And, oddly, DS Download Play won't start.
