Hacking DS Lite Touch Screen Repair Help/Recommendations

My niece dropped her ds lite and the touch screen now has all lines. Looking for recommendations on where to buy a good replacement touch screen, and also looking for some good guides on opening the ds and replacing it.

I've seen loads of touch screens on ebay, but not sure of the quality. I have also found a few guides on opening the lite and replacing the screens but the pictures in the guide were horrible.

I had this problem after the I disassembled my DS.

The ribbon cable to the bottom screen has fallen out, it's an easy repair job if you have the tools to take a DS apart.

I can get the tools no problem. It's a good touch screen that I need at a good price. And a good guide for the process.

I've seen some screens on dealextreme but some reviews were that it's not as sensitive as the original. Also see loads on ebay.

Just looking for help from those who've done this before.

The screen is not broken, the ribbon cable that sends the image to the screen has fallen out. You just need to open the DS Lite and slot it back in.
