Hacking DS Linker+ ROM trimmer?

Well, I don't see any topics alike.

Anyway, I've just made an order for a DS Linker 8Gb and would like to know if I'd be able to transfer trimmed ROMs to it, just to save up some space. Would anybody know if there'd be any side effects if I trimmed rather than no trimming? i.e: if the trimmed ROMs will fully work or not. I've only heard that DS Download Play won't work at all but that's okay with me.

If yes, could somebody recommend me a good ROM trimmer app?

i use a ds linker 8g and i trim all my roms and they all works perfect so no problem with trimming rom with a ds linker
you could use Romer to trim your rom.
