Perfect for playing DS games unlike the original 3DS. 1.1 mode is about the size of a DS screen or close to it.

As I said on the other thread, the 3dsXL native res DS diagonal will be 3.34 inches.
That's bigger than the DSi's or 3ds's screen at full screen size. Good news indeed.

I personally prefer 4.2" even though it's going to look kinda nasty.
