Homebrew DS Emu With Good Screen Scaling?

Hey.

Is there a DS emulator that allows one to resize each screen independently? Preferably that also goes full screen. I'd love to be able to play some DS on a bigger screen kinda like the attached picture.

I've looked around and couldn't find anything. I'm hoping that I've overlooked something, somewhere. Though, it does seem that DS emulation isn't the most mature just now.

Wii U does what you want (except the box art). No idea about pc emulators.

I believe DraStic for android can do the same.

That's exophase DS emulator (much better than Desmume or no$gba at times).

It does not have a windows port, though.
