this is a ds/dsi hybrid game which does work on akaio 1.5 beta. akaio again is the first firmware in the scene to support something. yay! =)

It isn't DSi Ware, it's a DSi enhanced game.
AFAIK, it isn't hacked, but I might very well be wrong, for the other posts say something like "AKAIO can play this" etc.
If someone could explain, I'd be very grateful.
