Use Neogamma or Gecko to launch the games. Install the cheat code manager and download the cheat code from here http://geckocodes.org/index.php?c=RZDP01, then put the text file in /txt/ and use cheat code manager to generate the gct file.

You can't "download" cheats if your wii isn't at least softmodded. Cheats will just ruin a game like twilight princess anyways.

Well, yes. Softmodding is incredibly simple and has tons of benefits. It gives you the ability to play backup games, homebrew apps, etc. Softmodding just for cheats would be silly though. The only cheat code engine I know of is Ocarina, but it obviously requires the use of homebrew apps.

There are plenty of tuts out there on softmodding and using homebrew apps so you shouldn't have any problems.

Use MODMII, creates a step by step guide and will never be outdated unlike the website guides
