That is only userland, although is the first step. You need more permissions to do a downgrade. An ARM9/ARM11 exploit is required. If it was that simple, people would of said so already. If you have a DSiWare game like Fieldrunners (and a few others), you can downgrade once "slowhax" is released. When that is, well no one knows. For all the DSiWare games that "slowhax" will work with, here's the list:

• Fieldrunners: Works for USA + EUR
• Legends of Exidia: Works for USA + EUR + JPN
• Guitar Rock Tour: Works for USA + EUR
• The Legend of Zelda: Works for USA + EUR

Find it yourself then As of now, the only way to get from 11.0+ firmwares down to 9.2 is to use DSIwarehax
