You need another 3DS with custom firmware. There's no other way around that.

Come on dude, we went through this last thread. Nothing with ARM9 works on 11.0. And updating to 11.1 is worse. You should block updates in the future.

Pay someone for a hardmod or have another A9lhaxed 3DS lying around and are willing to spend 15$ on a eShop prepaid card.

Sometimes you can pay those that hardmod extra to install arm9loaderhax for you along with the hardmod, which given your post history might be a better idea.

I'm gonna be lazy and ask rather than do a search on here so that it may help this guy out.

Is there somewhere in the forums where people that hardmod let others know that they can do it? I know that there are others like the OP that could use the help. I would offer my services but I don't think anyone would want to ship their 3ds to Hawaii and I wouldn't even know what a reasonable amount to charge is. I'd also be a bit paranoid about someone being a cop or something and filling charges against me and that's the main reason why I haven't offered my services thus far.
