Gaming Does GHA guitar work with GH3?

Is it true that the Aerosmith guitar is a GH3 guitar with a different (and much better) faceplate? I was supposed to buy GH3 but it was out of stock so I bought GHA instead.

And yes, I'm waiting for World Tour but I'll buy GH3 solus also.

WT has a new guitar but you can use GHIII/A one too.
