Hacking Do pirated games get listed as "purchases"

So my Wii U died on me. It stopped receiving power. I had to talk to Nintendo customer support to remotely unlink my NNID, because before I nodded my Wii U I had a few dozen legitimate eShop purchases. During the conversation it seemed the rep I was talking to was rather surprised at how many purchases I had. Which has me worried because also I pirated hundreds of titles and DLC and installed them on my Wii U. Is a few dozen titles considered alot, or is he seeing everything I installed on the console, legitimate or otherwise, and should I be worried?

I'm not sure if they show up, but I don't think there's anything to worry about anyway. Wii U online is quite dead already and I haven't heard Nintendo ban any Wii U's like ever, so...
