Do I need to connect to a wifi internet connection to enable my Trinity Exploit on Vita, or just turn on wifi every time it was rebooted? (my vita is already installed with Trinity Expoit) please help

Yes, you need to be connected. Why haven't you downgraded? Sony will block you from using the exploit at any time.
