when I'm trying to go to NDSGBA or NDSSFC my supercard always crashes and goes back to the main screen and on the gba it says and I quote "can not find NDSGBA directory or files in NDSGBA are wrong". Sometimes it'll work but lately not. I just wondered if anyone else experience this problem. Thanks for your time. I'm pretty sure it's the sd card cause I've always updated right

Suggestion: Use CATSFC and TempGBA, they are far superior.
As for your issue, download a fresh copy of both and put them on your MicroSD replacing the old copies (including the NDSGBA/NDSSFC directories as they contain needed files)

Can you answer positively (yes, true, etc.) to all of these?

a) When you enter the card's files from My Computer -> microSD card (aka the microSD card's root), you see at least four folders: _dstwo, _dstwoplug, NDSSFC*, and NDSGBA*.

b) When you enter the NDSSFC* and NDSGBA folders, you see at least five folders: gamepak, gamerts, gamepic, gamecht, and system.
-or-
b) You have TempGBA, and when you enter TEMPGBA's files, you see at least five folders: games, saves, pics, cheats and system, and you have placed a gba_bios.bin in it as well.

c) You last formatted your card with the Panasonic SD Formatter with the size adjustment set to on, before putting files on the microSD card.

_________
* = NDSSFC or CATSFC; NDSGBA or TempGBA.
