ROM Hack Disgaea translation

Added Geo Panels and a bunch of random menu text.

ARM9 Patch v0.2 (First apply Noitora's patch to a clean rom, then extract and apply this patch to arm9.bin)

to make a not so big ups/ips etc. patchfile for an arm9 patch:
1 first modify the arm9 file.
2 then open the unmodified arm9.bin in a hex editor.
3 copy the contents.
4 open the unmodified .nds in a hex editor and search for the content you copied earlier from the arm9.bin.
5 then open the modified arm9.bin, copy the contents, and paste it over the data found in step4.

then you should be able to make a small ips/ups patch.
this might not work if the modified arm9.bin is much larger than the original arm9.bin.

i used this method to make a 1kb ips patch for the guitar hero on tour arm9.bin button hack.

your original ups patch probably got so big because the unpacking/packing of the .nds trimmed the rom.

EDIT: succesfully generated a patch.
it's generated from a rom patched with noitora's latest menu patch, and with darth's latest arm9.bin and needs a clean rom.

I switched to using xdelta since multiple files have been changed, so just drag and drop the original unpatched untrimmed rom onto the Drop Rom Here file.

I've never played a Disgaea game before, and was very excited when i saw it was coming for the DS. I haven't touched it yet, due to its language, but tonight i shall give it a shot. Thanks for the work guys! I really appreciate when people can do work that i have no clue about.

For some reason, Media Fire isn't working for me. It stops after i click to start d-load... and it just spins that the d-load is loading. Could someone pm, email, or otherwise put the file somewhere else? If so, you'll get a +1 Happy WildWon point!
