Just opened a bottle of our homebrewed Christmas Doppelbock, made 97% of locally sourced&malted barley. Strong malty character with hints of licorice and the brew has aged well, this was brewed in May.

Actually there will be more computer/microcontroller homebrew in future with our beer brewing as I get myself more accustomed to Arduinos and small RasPis. Tracking different aspect of brewing process, gathering and following gathered data via software etc.
