Did Mods ever get a warning before?

Moderators are not able to warn eachother, as they have no warn meter. (Same for Magazine Staff and Administrators, who are both also moderators)

Dammit, tj ninja'd me.

Staff can't warn other staff, as there's nowhere to put the warn.
