Actually, SE is known to do the exact opposite with a lot of promising games. Soma Bringer? Sigma Harmonics? Final Fantasy Type-0? Those are just randomly-picked titles, too.

To be fair, Soma Bringer is made by Monolith Soft. I could see how it gives you an old-Squaresoft vibe since some of the workers from there founded it, though.
And yeah, I don't really care unless it comes to Europe either. Accursed region locking! :<
