Delete cookies set by this board · Mark all posts as read

Be this a suggestion or bug, makes little difference to me but what does is for 3 out of the 4 skins that are selectable none of them (that I can see from) have the option above the Board Stats @ the bottom to delete cookies set by this board & Mark All Posts as read yet the unsupported skin of the default IPB 2.x series does. Why? To me it's a nuisance, could it be resolved?

The default v3 skin has it too
only under the board statics text (but still above the active members)
