David Hayter the voice of Snake from the Metal Gear Solid series Posted a poll on his Twitter Directed at Hideo Kojima and Konami asking Fans:

What Do you Guys think Think Would You be upset if David Hayter was no longer the voice of Snake?

Snake will always be Hayter for me but if the Big Boss wants to get of him then there is not Ocelot he can do to stop it. The new fans of the game will still Raven about the new game either way. When the new game comes out then people will still be Raiden the shops to get themselfs a copy and to them it wont be a Major deal that he no longer has the Fortune of playing Snake.

Still, the Pain and Sorrow hayter will feel at being dumped by the Boss will be harsh and he will Fear that he doesnt have a future in games and will probably overdose and need a Para-medic. This wont be The End for him tho as the show must go otacon!

Anyways, I don't think his voice is that hard. Master Chiefs is pretty close just needs to be tweaked a little, and actually, Clint Eastwoods voice is as well if it was just a smidge higher pitched.

Actually If you look at the second tweet containing poll results you would see he wants to be the voice of Snake and condemns those who said it was "no big deal" by saying "I hate you all"
