Yes you can make shiny pokemon and yes you can back up savesSo i know the unlocked legendaries codes are deleted, but can you still make the pokemons shiny by coding and can you still backup saves? I dont have the device yet, but its been shipped aleardy so id like to know what can i do with it
Thanks alot, i hope we get diancie and lati@s mega stones back.. If theres a law suit we will cause they cant win that law suit.. Cause of the law people can do whatever they want to their game after they pay for itYes you can make shiny pokemon and yes you can back up saves
Even datel themselves have said the pro version is the same EXACT product. People need to learn to stop speculating and read the facts.
Along with a list of FAQs like how to fix card read error and Datel's contact info. Just a thought.Maybe the first post should be edited to have a list of all the codes currently available? Might save having the same questions 5+ times
i made a list with games who works etcMaybe a WikiTemp entry?

Ha, looks like the make-it-shiny codes break the legality of Pokémon. If you take a Pokémon for which you are originally the OT and apply the cheat, the Pokémon can never get a happiness\Amie evolution.
Tested by catching a Riolu and feeding it Pomeg berries until the game said it "had no effect", meaning happiness was maxed out. The happiness checker in-game confirmed it. Gave it a Rare Candy, even tried leveling it up in battle, and it still wouldn't try to evolve (yes nitpickers, I was leveling it up during the day). Tried the same thing with a fresh-caught Chansey. Did not evolve on level-up even when its happiness was maxed out.
I originally found this out when a friend applied the cheat to an Eevee and found he couldn't evolve it to Sylveon even when it had enough hearts on Amie (only 2 are necessary). When he applied the unshiny cheat, it evolved just fine. So Amie affection is affected as well.
However, if you apply the cheat to a Pokémon that does not have your OT, it can still evolve by happiness with no problems.

Because the code changes the Pokemon's OT info it technically belongs to a new "owner" thus making it reset happiness/amie. This is not a side effect caused by hacking, anyone would know this from trading with others.
