It would only work for homebrew though, as the R4 firmware needs to patch commercial ROMs to both run and save.

Oh, really. Someone then need to write a code for it then... and release it.
Dude ... WHY THE HELL DO YOU BOLD RANDOM UNIMPORTANT THINGS?!

So how exactly would you go about deleting the moonshell & the boot loader icons? This is going to be used by small children, and it would be good to get rid of those things as they'll never bother to use them.

By teaching those small children what button to press

Seriously, my cousin knew how to turn a DS on, start Super Mario 64 DS, go to the minigames, and then click the flower petal one when he was two years old, after being shown only once or twice.

Technically, though, you can disable the media button by deleting _DS_MSHL.NDS.

Haha yeah, but as I won't be there most of the time I don't want there to be any problems. The delete button would be pretty good to get rid of though, as that could happen accidentally.

Loader 1.10 seems to have a wierd problem with trying to use custom dat...try and open in injecter2.

I guess it's because the pics and text start at another offset..
Injektor needs an update ^^

it's allready done

the new version may adapt itself the offsets for next updates

The new version doesn't work with my M3DSS 1.05, so I can't pull out my old custom icons...

it may work, try that :

go to the injektor folder, delete the "v1.05.ini" file that may have been created and is not working because
you used a custom .dat file to generate it (injektor relay on original kernel to find the corrects offsets)
, rename the "v1.09.ini" (R4 kernel) that is already in the archive to "v1.05.ini"(M3 kernel version)

run injektor, try to load you're custom "_menu.dat_" you're done with you're icons

if that's not fix post me the file somewhere i'll check what is the problem.

i fixed the problem ( sort off ) this was because you edited the version number in the .dat so it was impossible to figure out what .ini file to use

when this happend you can now select a .ini file manualy

also be sure when installing the new version to remove all the old version files (as i may change some things)

A while back, on an older firmware revision, there was a fix for some AR cheat codes to make them work.

Has that been fixed by the R4 team now or do we still need some sort of patch to fix them? (I hope you guys know what I'm talking about)

If it still needs patched, and has been by someone somewhere (version 1.16), could you post it? I don't want any other changes.
