The only one I found is; somewhere on the first chapter examine your attorney badge and apollo says something like "This is my attorney badge. There are many like it but this one is mine" This is a reference to Full Metal Jacket.

Well, I thought this one was obvious:

On Phoenix's last trial seven years ago, Klavier asks 'why didn't the killer just wait for the victim to go knock-knock-knocking on the heaven's door'.

Not from Apollo Justice, but my favourite reference is from PW3: T&T

When Dick Gumshoe sings to himself:

"Every case is gonna be airtight...Every case is gonna be airtight" Referenced from Bob Marley song: 'No Woman No Cry'

Not as many memorable ones in AJ as there are in PW series...

Not really a cutural reference but funny

in the third phoenix wright where you get play as a certain someone Miles Edgeworth when you present wrong evidence it goes something like this

- this evidence contradicts the witness' testemony.
judge: It does? I don't see anything contradictionary
- but you said it just yourself.
judge: Don't try any of your mind tricks on me.

IIRC the Judge says that he's no spoony bard somewhere during the final trial of case 5 in Trials and Tribulations

I think I also saw it in JARHEAD.

It is believed that MGen. William H. Rupertus, USMC, authored the creed shortly after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. It is commonly known as the Rifleman's Creed, but it has also been called "My Rifle: The Creed of a United States Marine." Every Marine must memorize this creed. And, every Marine must live by the creed.

I guess it is something US army in general.

Klavier: "The victim was climbing a three-month long stairway to Heaven. Why don't let him knock-knock-knock on Heaven's door?"

(Reference to both Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven and Bob Dylan's Knocking on Heaven's door -- The only reference that made me actually giggle a bit. This game's not as good as the previous ones when it comes to popular references... not that I like it, though

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
