Homebrew CtrBootManager Help needed

I have a setup on my 3DS XL where the system autoboots into RXTools, no grub like boot screen before it
I'm trying to get it so when I button press it loads up homebrew menu not RXTools
I know i can just alter the timeout to something other than 0 to get the grub like menu but I am trying to avoid this I just want it to boot into homebrew menu when I press down on the D-Pad
Can someone help me, my current configuration is in the spoiler tag
