my wii always crash
it is happen when it turn to sleep mode,which i don't touch any button for a whole and remote turns off,and i activate my wii ,the background music was stopped and whenever it needs to know something, it would freeze
and show up "reading disc" in some game.
what should i do ?
is there any dangerous if i update the ios
and how to update?

ModMii is the way to go, but first you have to rule out any hardware problems such as dirty lens or corrupted memory or others.

Update your IOS's using ModMii, many are old and some need better patching.
You can use your syscheck to do so and Modmii will just update the old IOS/cIOS

Maybe your USB HDD simply shuts down into standby and doesn't wake up properly when you turn on your Wii again.
