No. Gateway is not released. Nintendo can't possibly make a counter measure update for the gateway.

That would be really awesome - and that's probably the reason why it won't be in this update (if one comes at all).
I guess I'll still update anyway, it's not like I'm planning on getting a Gateway or even using some flashcard on my 3DS (I got enough games on it, especially with AC:NL now).
Still interesting.. I wonder what that update brings..

This already happened to me. They closed down without warning and told us to go to one 15 miles away instead.

No. Gateway is not released. Nintendo can't possibly make a counter measure update for the gateway.

Actually they.can if they see a exploit in there security they can patch it and See if its the cause of the gateway
