Hacking Configurable USB Loader and .bin save games

Using SaveManager GX to load downloaded .bin savegame files into the Wii's memory. Savegames are loading fine with game that use backup disc. But USB Configurable Loader, makes a separate save and doesn't recognized the .bin files when copied to the memory. When loading the .bin savegames it updates the save file for the backup disc. How do I load the savegame files for the Configurable Loader wfsb games. I tried deleting the backup disc save game from the Wii's memory, but, Savemanager tells me I need a save game to copy the .bin file and It doesn't see the savegame made by USB Configurable Loader. I can see the USB configurable loader savegame icon in the wii memory manager. Thanks in advance.
