how to change wii save file region?

i have a wii sports resort save file for the pal region but my disc is ntsc-u region so the save files are different between the disc and usb loader

I tried once, using another method: transfer it using savegame manger GX, import into Dolphin emulator on PC, open the folder of Game region A(it is now decrypted), copy it to Game region B (have to save using Dolphin before this step, u know the drill for Wii games), and export the save to Wii.
