-Inkay Aroma patches for Pretendo: Inkay is an Aroma/WUPS plugin that patches various Nintendo Network URLs on a Wii U to use Pretendo Network instead. It also (for the time being) bypasses SSL verification in most cases.

Collecting these into one thread is a good idea, as not every plugin can be found at Maschells or Garys github repos.

On the other hand - rather than attaching the plugins into the first post, I'd just use links to repos - preferably in the case of github to the releases page. The reason being the plugins are under development and changes, upadates etc. happen thus having out of date packages in the top post. Just having the repo links has the huge advantage of having always the latest plugin version linked (unless repo location changes) and no hassle for updating the attached files on the first post.

Well, I am running standard Tiramisu and not Aroma because I am a simple man whom likes simple things. Over complicate things and I get annoyed, which is why when I was done with Tiramisu I thought to myself “Aroma just sounds like something that will just cause headaches. I’ve got homebrew, I’m good.”

But now I read all of these things Aroma has that Tiramisu doesn’t have access to, and I want some of them.

So if nothing else, thanks for making me take the time out of my day to convert to Aroma.

Ohh good, i was looking for the gamepad spoofer Plug In. You can't emulate Amiibos in Breath of the Wild if the gamepad is off.

As far as I know only emulators use the overclocked speeds on the vWii.

NUSspli Lite isn't able to download anything. It's just kind of a modernized WUP Installer.

This really, really is nothing more than a proof of concept. Please don't see this as a serious attempt to write a plugin. I just got asked if that would be possible and showed that yes: It is.

Does c2w_patcher make any difference to regular vWii titles or just emulation?

My plugin activates itself in case of the title supports it only. This means the title have to ship a hacked c2w image. There are zero regular titles doing this, so far it's homebrew (emulators) only taking advance of this.

//EDIT: A bit of technical detail: What I said about c2w_patcher is true for all c2w_patchers. The difference between this and previous attempts is just that this checks that the hacked c2w image is really there before trying to load it. The result of this is that Wii VC titles without a hacked image won't blackscreen anymore, so the user doesn't need to care about when to activate the patcher but it's all automatic.

Hi all, I'm still on Tiramisu and waiting to pass on Aroma.....I was wondering, is loadiine still not on Aroma?

@mrmagicm You can ask each few months but the reply won't change: No, loadiine is not working on Aroma.

You know all the reasons already, so just for other readers some information:

Loadiine is no longer recommended! The alternative is like this:

1. Install Aroma or Tiramisu
2. Insert original game
3. Dump game with WUDD
4. Use WUP installer or NUSspli to install

This also has the advantage that game updates can be downloaded easily and online play works. It also makes EVERY game work as if you were playing it originally from the disc!
