I'm just happy to see what started as homebrew being accepted onto the eshop! Must mean Nintendo is lowering the bar of entry for indie guys.

Maybe they've made it a little more easy but it's still hard as hell to get a game published with Nintendo. You can tell this is the case by how few original games arrive on the eshop every week. And most are from established publishers.

But that's the thing. I really think the only reason this is making it into the eShop is because it was on the appstore. If they were going directly to the eshop like that from homebrew Nintendo wouldn't even think about putting them on.

Well, that's still a step forward. I remember reading into getting games published on Nintendo consoles, and WOW were the requirements high... This was years ago, but there was something about $2000 a month in revenue, an office with at least 100 people... I can't remember everything, but WOW...

Back then, it would be IMPOSSIBLE to get indie games on Nintendo consoles outside of homebrew. Now we have progress.

What the hell are you talking about? Flipnote was for animation and Swapnote is for messaging. What does either have to do with colors? Its a drawing program.

I actually don't care how much this costs, after drawing with the free DSLite homebrew app for years, it's well worth the money, especially with the new layers.
Jens Andersson is a genius :D
