My wii is v4.1E now
with the latest ios installed i read your post from before
but MW3 still stays at the loading screen i only see Loading... and the dots are still moving but the games never starts
tried it yesterday i started the game than i was going to sleep i put my wii on with the game loading and when i woke up and watched on my wii it still was on loading... :|

Post a system check and download a fresh copy of the loader you're using and replace the one on your sd card.

Yeah try usbloader gx. It's really simple to change individual game options.

Probably because you have IOS 224 with IOS 57 as a base
