You can't go flaming someone because you're upset (For the person wanting to find out who was sending PMs). It's not even your business, so stay out of it.

Let the mods handle it, but don't go harassing them, they have eyes, they can read what's going on and read PMs sent to them.

Bullying someone into quitting their translation doesn't make them guilty, it makes them pissed off and/or hurt by the lack of appreciation for his work.
If I were him, I wouldn't quit, especially if he earnestly translated his files. Stealing someone else's work would leave someone with a bad reputation and leave a bad taste in everyones' mouths. Without proof, I say leave him be. If you have proof, send it to a mod and let them take care of it.

No, I've got them online on random matches as well, despite the amount of people ignoring me isshu native pokemon with names longer than 5 Characters will not be allowed, even if legiminately caught.

The way I've done it, is using pokesav use existing pokemon edit them into other pokemon, and make sure their names are under 5 characters if they are isshu native.

Sanzadora
Denchura
Zoroark
and Pandorah
they are all legit trained and caught

I'm not really sure what's the problem then, it originally blocked my Wargle, but when renamed in Hiun I was allowed to pass, this followed suit with any other Isshu native pokemon who had named over 5 Characters.

Try catching 6 random pokemon, nick name them with 5 characters names and see what happens.
