Homebrew Cheats for FCEU GX?

Was wondering if anyone happen to have a set of .cht files for FCEU already done, ive been on sites like www.zophar.com and they have working cheats but have to download them one at a time and rename all the files. I am searching these cheat files via internet for months with no luck.
And the cheats in zophar.com are very few,unfortunately.During these months,I realised that the only way to have cheats for FCEU GX is to actually create them yourself using fceux-2.1.1.win32.
The bad thing is that I cannot even start a rom in my PC with this emu (for unknown reasons to me) ,so I cannot maually create nothing.
The point is that THERE ARE some people who are using this method for years and they have created hundreds of cheats for FCEU GX.If only someone is kind enough to share them with us....

I've scoured the internet looking for pre-done cheats as i cannot create them myself, I've only found very few but i've put them into a pack to share what i could at least find, theres 85 of them, all renamed to my rom names, so you may have to change them but they should be close.

sorry for the necro-posting, but i have somewhat of a similar problem. i was in the same boat, not being able to find .cht files for use in FCEu. so, i found a shitload of cheats for nesticle and wrote a little converter for them.

my trouble is, there are different types of cheats. there is the "address & value" cheats which simply slaps a new value at that address. i was able to convert these without issue. then i come to the gamegenie type codes. using the converters that can be found online lots of places, i can convert a gamegenie code to "address, value, compare" format.

the code "SZVKUUVK" becomes addr=4B6B, val=AD, comp=CE. and my converted code now looks like
SC4b6b:ad:ce:description of the code

i have verified that when i use the game genie rom and type in the actual code, it works. but for some reason, the converted gamegenie codes dont work. is there some syntax i am messing up? or does anybody know what i am messing up here or why these codes dont work?
