Hacking Certain Copied Saves Dont Work on DSTWO?

Has anyone else had problems with saves copied from another flashcart or from an official game card (with WiFi or FTPd backup tools)?

I've been trying to get my Chrono Trigger save to work on my DSTWO since it arrived yesterday, but no matter what I try the game displays the "Initializing Save File" every time it's booted. Does this just happen with Chrono Trigger, or has this happened with other games?

only my GBA games won't show up

try running ure saves through that

I had a few saves (all under 512 kb) that wouldn't work...running them through the save convertor made them work.
