the uninstaller only removed the "cold boot" event.
CBHC's payload/program is still installed in that NDS title, you can launch it manually if you want.

But if you just don't want cold boot but still need cfw, you can reinstall haxchi over it to replace the icon with haxchi's. (launching cbhc>menu>hbl prevents you to use the browser exploit to get into hbl)
if you don't want it anymore, you can delete it from the data management (it will allow you to delete it as cbhc is not blocking it anymore, and your firmware is not 99.99.99 either)

I don't understand the advice to disable standby:
  • Disable standby for extra safety, again just in case
With DNS block or with the folder deleted, do I still need to disable standby function?

I remember seeing someone post a thread saying that their NAND got fried or something from leaving standby on. Speculation was that it kept booting into the Haxchi title which led to stress on the NAND chip.

Here is a new mod with TCPgecko, HUDtoVpad and Retroarch :)
I dont know what ppl use if not TCPgecko, then SDcaffiine? Geekiine didt work, hanging on the "wait" screen after loading ip...
HUDto Vpad seem to work.
And the Retroarch uses retro_luncher
+ some small tweeks
And if FIX94 dont want to have this mod her, please let me know :)

EDITED

Hello. I installed CBHC correctly.
So, as a question, can I change or add CBHC menus?

I still use this mod today, no problems :)

How can I insert main.c etc. into CBHC?
If you try to use the mod i posted, the «change to source» folder is just for showing the mod.
You would like to grab the cbhc folder and wiiu folder en drop it to root of the sd card.
Then install like you did with the orginale cbhc.

Nope, i never bricked with cbhc.
Just unzip the archive to sd card, overwrithe the zippet files if you have fix94 orginale cbhc on the sd card.
(The mod is just in cbhc.self in x:/wiiu/apps/cbhc/)
And install cbhc from homebrew channel, no need to uninstall the orginale if that used, but you need the haxci installed :)

EDIT
Made a new mod, with SWAPDRC Lite.
