Now it seems that it only happens when the autoboot is set to System Menu.That's probably a problem with your Wii U. If I were you, I would do what people do when they have those kinds of problems with a 3DS - update it, back your stuff up, and then format it. Besides that, I don't really know what you could do.
EDIT: I don't have any idea what happened. After I connected the hdd into the front usb ports (and disconnected for several hours from the power) I can see the CBHC icon (with the "DONT TOUCH ME" message).
It's working now, lol
