Can't post in "NDS - Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection" section

Everything is in the title. When I try to make a new topic in this section, I get this error :

The error returned was:

Am I the only one or is it normal ?

Happens for me too. The permissions for that subforum must've been incorrectly set.
