Followed every single step that Plailect's guide told me to at https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki. That means Arm9loaderhax is installed, using Luma as CFW and have backups for sysNAND and emuNAND formatted and original. Don't know if idiot or misread but I updated the sysNAND to 10.7.0 and now I can't get rxTools V.3.0 to properly install. Almost every single tutorial out there needs the Browser as a medium of installing however when I try it the following messages appear:

1.- Forbidden.
You don't have permission to access / on this server.

2.-rxTools/sys/code.bin loading.

3.- This browser version is not recognized/supported by 3ds_browserhax_common. Whether this also applies to the exploit you're using is a separate matter. See the 3ds_browserhax_common repo README if you want to see if the browser exploit crashes.

Did I screw up? Heard somewhere that downgrade from 10.7 to 9.2 is now possible. That could solve some problems. Or am I missing something?

Thanks.

im pretty sure rxtools doesnt support a9lh yet. why not use the sysnand cfw method? its a heck of a lot easier than messing with booting emunand all the time. also, use luma 3ds for the a9lh, it has the best compatibility.

Currently using Luma. Also I should add that I'm as smart as a piece of wood when it comes to these things. How does that method work?
I'm just looking forward to do 4 things with the 3DS, first is installing custom home menu themes, second is running GBA games with this https://gbatemp.net/threads/release-agb_firm-signature-patcher-gba-rom-converter.390313/ , third is using either CIAngel or FunKeyCIA to get titles from the eShop and fourth is installing CIAS; however that's already done.
