Hacking Cannot restore boot0 & boot 1.

Hi, im currently trying to do a restore of my nand backup. forgot to backup the boot files, but i recreated them with ChoiDuJour. The size of the files recreated by ChoiDuJour is weird (1,5 mb for boot0, 536kb for boot1) when it is supposed to be 4mb & 4mb. I successfully restored the nand, but i have a red error "the side of the sd card backup does not match emmc size" when i try to restore the boot files. can someone help me ?
