Since redNAND takes up a partition of space on the SD/microSD card, 32gb in a 64gb card for that matter, and Windows can only see that it has a 32gb capacity on it (although the card itself is 64gb)... can you reformat it in such a way to get back the 64gb capacity? The quick format window still says it is at 31.7GB.
Obviously, you may want to reformat the 64gb card and get back your capacity so you can use the microSD for something else... like for the Nintendo Switch that is coming out.
