can we make the comically large spoon a weapon for tactical warfare

In Payday 2, the infamous comically large spoon was added in april 1st after pressure from therussianbadger. It has been shows to one shot police officers when charged. I believe that with the right people, the comically large spoon is viable as a weapon of tacticle warfare.
