Gamecube will probably run ok, and maybe some PS2 and 3DS games will run but most won't run well. AMD's CPUs pre-Ryzen are all basically dogshit, and their APUs are especially terrible because they give up CPU performance in favor of having "ok" integrated graphics.

If you're buying this, I'd pass and find something else. Anything with an AMD CPU that's Ryzen would be good, or anything with a 6th Gen or higher Intel CPU would be good.

If it's what you already own, and you have some cash to spare, I'd suggest swapping that CPU for anything AMD Ryzen (which should work on your mobo, depending on if your manufacturer bothered to update BIOS to add support). If you don't have/don't want to buy a GPU, you'd have to go for one of their modern APUs like a Ryzen 5 2400g or Ryzen 5 3400g, either would be more than good enough for Dolphin and PCSX2 and such.

The a320 chipset works for 3rd gen ryzen cpus, but not all of them are updated.

So if you want to emulate those, update to the latest bios and get a 2200g/3200g or 3400g and you should be gucci.

Hello guys, I decided to build up a machine as follow

Core i5 11400F
B560m-HDV ASROCK board
Gigabyte RX 570 8GB Video Card
RAM: HP V6 SERIES 8GB DDR4 3200 MHZ x2
SSD: Gigabyte 256GB M.2 PCIe NVME
Case Hunter Mic GC800 Without Source
Stabilizer Forza 1000VA 500W 4 connectors
Cougar VTE 500W 80P Bronze

All this results in a price of 790 dollars, is it worth?, I bet it emulates perfectly fine the ps2, gamecube, citra (I can even bet this will also do PS3, Cemu, Yuzu as well), so the price worth it, i dont really want to go beyond 790$, thanks for your answers

That would be more than enough, yes, although good luck finding an RX 570 for however cheap you're expecting it to be, cuz you certainly won't for MSRP. Right now they're trending at about $275-$300, which is way overpriced and I wouldn't recommend buying one at those costs.
