ROM Hack Can someone create the Cheats for Rhythm Megamix EUR?

I'm willing to help giving all the needed files (as save data) in order to help. I don't know how to develop this by myself, but I think it would be great to have some more cheats for the EUR versions, that actually are difficult to find.

I hope someone can read this and is able to do the file.
