Can I install games that i have the official game card on a banned switch?

Like it's said in the title I would like to know if there is any way to download games that I have bought the card of on a banned switch bc I want to mod my switch but I just want to make sure if its still possible to download/update my card games

the ban only avoid you to connect official Ninty servers

if you have a hacked console, you even can use NXDump to generate a XCI file from your original cart and install it using any installer.
