This stuff's region-locked, by default. I think most cfws might be lifting the region lock though? Needs confirmation.

I got European call of duty Black ops II for wii u.

If you want to region free to play game disc, need to edit a slc file (ftpiiu_everywhere app: system_slc/config/sys_prod.xml), change value from your region value to 127. But becarefully! It will brick in some case, e.g. type wrong value. So you must backup nand first and have restore method.

I wouldn't recommend Regionhax in 2022 tbh.
Haxchi (if you want to pay) or Tiramisu (if you want free things, which you should like) should enable region free upon loading.
Then if your games are disks you should launch 'em with Spiik or Ourloader.

When I had a Wii U which was years ago I bought BO2 for it and I just couldn't get used to it. It wasn't as entertaining or interesting as the Modern Warfare games were.

Anyway, hope you had fun with it.
