It says there are 0 comments but there are queued ones. However, if I click on the "0 comments" link, it clearly...uh...shows some comments.

did you set your settings to "moderate all comments"?
coz when i did, and made a comment on my blog, it still says 9 comments and there's a queued thing beside it and the comment i added is coloured maroon.
if that's so, only you can see those comments and you need to approve them before other people can see them.
there's a checkbox on the right side of the comment. tick it and something will show up on the lower right corner of the browser. select approve then click go.

there is a plugin that display them on the wii u menu, pretty sure it is enabled by default -

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)+1

Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
