I decided to reformat my SD to FAT32 from EXFAT, here is what I did:
1. Copy all stuff from old SD to PC
2. Format new SD to FAT32 in gParted
3. Copy all files on new SD

After doing this. I can't boot SX OS, I keep getting BOOT.DAT? screen. When I try booting with EXFAT card, everything works fine. Why is this happening?
EDIT: Using newest SX beta and newest FW, don't know the exact numbers
