I'm entirely new to the Wii and its ability to play backups, so forgive my ignorance.

My setup:

- NTSC Wii running over component into an LCD TV.
- Boom Blox (PAL) (Scrubbed)
- Gamma 0.3

The issue:

The game boots fine if I select "Force NTSC" in Gamma, but it's got pretty terrible borders round all 4 sides. I'm assuming it's because I'm running a PAL copy on a NTSC Wii, but I'm not sure. Now I'm curious, is there any way I can fix this problem, without having to redownload the ISO? Maybe run the ISO through RegionFrii or change some more parameters when booting through Gamma?

Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know what to do about it, but I got the pal version running on my pal wii and I have the same problem. So I don't think it's because you have a NTSC Wii.

It seems to be a 1080p issue. Is that your TV's native resolution?

in that case, there is no such thing as homebrew launcher for aroma

you have to launch your homebrews directly from the wii u menu

I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
