Hardware Blurry laggy GBA Screen

So this guy has a moded OG GBA (agb-001) that he had an SP+ (ags-101) screen put in it creating an agb-101. Anyway he seems to think the screen is a bit blurry/laggy. I honestly can't see the difference? Does anyone else notice?

I only noticed the blur during the pokemon part where he walk back and forth, the plants at the bottom right blurs up a bit.
