I really liked @Rinnegatamante's NASA CIA Manager (great name btw). I used it to install a couple CIAs over the network yesterday and it was perfect.

You'll have to grab the nightly builds of FBI. Check around the 100+ pages of the FBI thread. Someone compiled it for us. xD

Transfer speed wasn't 11mb/s(Memory was fuzzy)
A post on that page mentioned a 800mb file being transferred in 11 minutes xD

The new FBI is hands down the best installer out there

I spent a QUITE a bit of time with the new FBI this weekend as I was converting all my 3DS units from MenuHax/EmuNand to a9 (don't judge). After finishing up, I removed all installs of BBM, DevMenu, and old FBI as the features and interface of the new FBI is pretty amazing.

"White Look/Cube" FBI, hands down. Very reliable, easy to use, small file size. Only time I've seen it fail is when trying to install stuff to a faulty SD card. Automatically knew to install patched AGB_FIRM to NAND without having to do anything, too.

Was a way to install a CIA installer through WiFi, that was before FBI injection.
